Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with global market trends and business growth targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) into core business operations
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption using advanced analytics and scenario planning
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the board of directors and executive leadership
- Mentor internal teams on future technology implications and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Startup) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Strong network within technology innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, research institutions)
