- Mentor junior researchers while publishing in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in deploying AI/ML systems at scale (TensorFlow/PyTorch proficiency required)
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms or neuromorphic architectures (IBM Q/Google Sycamore experience preferred)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent top-tier conferences
- Certification in Future Studies (e.g., University of Houston) or strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ systems deployed with 10+ million users or equivalent impact
