Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI/ML or quantum computing research with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Demonstrated experience building carbon-neutral tech infrastructure
- Published speaker at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum circuit design
