Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into business strategy and operational plans
- Manage innovation incubator programs for prototyping next-gen applications
- Author thought leadership publications on technological evolution and societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology implementation (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Deep understanding of technology convergence patterns and exponential growth curves
- Exceptional strategic planning with ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and executive domains
- Published research or patents in future-focused technology domains
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE)
