Responsibilities
- Design and prototype 2026-ready systems integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic processors, and decentralized networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing sustainable tech solutions with net-positive environmental impact
- Architect human-centric AI frameworks prioritizing ethical alignment and cognitive augmentation
- Research and validate emerging technologies (e.g., synthetic biology interfaces, ambient computing)
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption and societal transformation
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging innovations
- Present breakthrough concepts to executive stakeholders and venture partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in emerging tech R&D with proven breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or ambient intelligence
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ patented or published disruptive technologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends (Singularity University certification a plus)
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation frameworks
- Experience with neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology, or quantum machine learning
- Exceptional systems thinking and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
