Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy focusing on quantum computing, generative AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to identify first-mover opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation architects
- Secure strategic partnerships with quantum/AI research labs and academic institutions
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across enterprise product lines
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching quantum/AI/blockchain initiatives at scale
- Expertise in at least three emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Executive-level experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
