Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions with 18-month commercialization horizons
- Secure $20M+ in venture capital and government grants for frontier tech initiatives
- Author thought leadership cited in MIT Tech Review and Wired
- Partner with Fortune 500 CTOs to embed 2026-vision technologies into production systems
- Mentor PhD researchers in patent development and commercialization strategy
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- 5+ years leading $10M+ R&D initiatives in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of commercializing 3+ patented technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AGI safety, quantum machine learning, or carbon-negative tech
- Published in Nature or Science with 500+ citations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience securing DoD/EU Horizon grants for frontier research
