Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing and AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and industry experts in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum encryption applications
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused technology methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and AI ethical frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Experience securing government grants and corporate R&D funding
- Certification in technology ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
