Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation priorities
- Analyze emerging tech patents and market trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and industry thought leaders
- Manage a $5M innovation budget for prototype development and pilot programs
- Coordinate with global research labs to accelerate breakthrough technologies
- Author thought leadership pieces on the future of human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or sustainable tech
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience working with regulatory bodies on tech policy frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (for global collaboration)
