Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for 2026 technology landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Build and manage external partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and tech forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 7+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Deep understanding of global tech disruption patterns and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Published thought leadership in future technologies or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management (desired)
