- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into commercial offerings
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and strategic alignment
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling emerging tech solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
