Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, climate tech)
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical narratives
