Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech integration, and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial viability
- Partner with C-suite to execute innovation portfolios with $50M+ budgets
- Build and mentor specialized future-tech labs across 3 key innovation hubs
- Author white papers on technological singularity implications for enterprise
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough IP in next-gen human-AI symbiosis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in tech innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Prior experience scaling R&D teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Security clearance preferred for defense-adjacent projects
