Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping emerging technologies including quantum AI, neural interfaces, and carbon-negative systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs to accelerate innovation
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive adoption of future-proof technologies across product development and operational frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD or MBA preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching technology initiatives with $5M+ budgets
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with international technology policy and standards development
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
