Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities with 3-5 year market impact
- Build strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product lines and service offerings
- Manage a $50M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and C-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
