- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with business objectives
- Chair cross-functional working groups to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Manage vendor partnerships and academic collaborations for cutting-edge R&D
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory implications for strategic planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment (e.g., CFTE, CTA)
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through complex technology transitions
