- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Identify emerging tech disruptors and create mitigation/adaptation strategies
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Present strategic visions to investors, partners, and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or executive leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of tech ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Published research in top-tier tech journals or conferences
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility for $50M+ budgets
