Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google AI, AWS ML) preferred
