Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, bio-computing) to create 2026 strategic implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing innovation frameworks for next-gen products
- Partner with VCs and startups to identify acquisition opportunities in disruptive tech
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs to measure tech adoption impact and ROI for innovation initiatives
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing architectures for 2026+ scalability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$100M market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar top-tier tech publications
