- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical tech frameworks in product development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's venture capital and startup ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
