Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030 roadmap
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, AR/VR)
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and industry stakeholders
- Build and lead a future technologies innovation lab
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Presentation skills at global conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
