- Develop investment frameworks for moonshot projects with $50M+ R&D budgets
- Partner with UN Technology Envoy and EU Horizon Europe initiatives on global tech governance
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine augmentation
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite boards and venture capital consortiums
- Manage cross-functional task forces of 20+ engineers and futurists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computational Biology, or Emerging Technology with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on post-2025 technological convergence
- Track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Experience with OECD Futures Observatory and WEF Global Technology Councils
- Certified in ISO/IEC 42001 AI Management Systems
- Portfolio of 3+ technologies reaching market maturity post-2025
- Fluency in technical Mandarin and Japanese for APAC partnerships
