Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology forecasting for 5-10 year horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for future tech initiatives
- Document strategic frameworks and communicate technology visions to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of driving innovation in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management a plus
