Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with UN SDGs and national innovation priorities
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum engineers, AI ethicists, and biotech specialists to prototype disruptive solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and World Economic Forum initiatives
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for congressional technology hearings
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Chair annual 'FutureTech Summit' convening global C-suite executives and policymakers
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futuristics from Tier 1 institution
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech commercialization with 3+ IPO-scale exits
- Published author in Nature/Science with minimum 5 citations in top-10 journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Active security clearance with TS/SCI certification
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented technologies with >$1B market impact
- Expertise in ISO 21434 automotive cybersecurity and NIST AI RMF frameworks
