Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation across R&D projects and partnerships
- Build and lead a high-performing team of futurists and technologists
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech evaluation and implementation
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or next-gen infrastructure
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management >$50M
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience scaling teams and managing P&L for tech divisions
