Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities and threats
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking strategic initiatives against 2026 milestones
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of external futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation culture through internal thought leadership and future-focused training programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and quantitative forecasting
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (GenAI, Web3, synthetic biology) and societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and executive-level presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
