Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap across quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes for emerging technologies
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Drive innovation workshops to generate breakthrough concepts
- Monitor emerging tech trends and publish thought leadership reports
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing future technology roadmaps (quantum/AI/biotech focus)
- Expertise in at least one emerging technology domain (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Publication record in top-tier scientific journals or conference proceedings
- Experience securing research grants and managing R&D budgets >$1M
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and strategic communication tools
