Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes through continuous intelligence gathering
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum, AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strategic foresight certification (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
