Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) for strategic implementation
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 business objectives
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate technological innovation into corporate strategy
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities
- Present technology trends and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
