Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation culture and idea incubation
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and scenario planning for tech disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Manage external partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Build KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption ROI and impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Experience building innovation pipelines in regulated industries
