Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Establish KPIs for technology implementation success
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Portfolio demonstrating technology impact on business growth
