Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR convergence)
- Partner with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility and implementation pathways
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or spatial computing
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience building innovation frameworks and managing technology incubation programs
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
