Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital arms to evaluate emerging startups
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI in future markets
- Represent the company at global tech summits and innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products (2018-2023)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's R&D and venture ecosystem
