Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 innovation targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and adopting emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Oversee the implementation of pilot projects for next-generation technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with tech innovators, research institutions, and venture capital firms
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years of experience in technology strategy or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar preferred
