Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ innovation cycles
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct ROI analysis and risk assessments for emerging tech investments
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external partners
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption
- Manage vendor relationships and strategic partnerships in emerging tech
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience developing technology roadmaps and implementation plans
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
