Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with commercial potential by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate disruptive innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor competitor tech landscapes and identify first-mover opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
