Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for future tech domains
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation through partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Establish KPIs for measuring adoption of emerging technologies
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging tech adoption frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Futures or Innovation Management preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience scaling innovations from concept to commercialization
- Strong network with tech incubators and venture capital firms
