Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap development for emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech integration, neuro-interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations and competitive intelligence
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business vision
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present technology forecasts and adoption strategies to global stakeholders
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 5+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investors
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or conferences
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
