- Build strategic partnerships with tech pioneers and academic institutions
- Present compelling vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D investment allocation for high-potential 2026 initiatives
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within tech/finance/healthcare
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 3-5 year accuracy
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience scaling innovation programs from concept to market deployment
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech to business impact
