Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market readiness
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps integrating IoT, blockchain, and neural interfaces into product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams to align innovation priorities
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantages
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and sustainable technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies with $10M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategies
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Strong network within global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
