In this position, you'll lead cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge solutions, analyze disruptive trends, and translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies. You'll work directly with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.) for 2026+ implementation
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future solutions
- Present technology insights and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech landscapes and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster disruptive thinking
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure strategic impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies and technology adoption frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile development and cross-functional project management
