Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 business objectives and market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future customer needs and technology applications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications for emerging domains
- Author thought leadership content and patent filings for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
