Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio and R&D resource allocation
- Build and lead a specialized team of futurists and technology architects
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry partners
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across global markets
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
