- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board

- Establish ethical frameworks for disruptive technology adoption
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and future labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures (Series B+ preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering/Business
- Experience with Fortune 500 or high-growth startup ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
