Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies and assess market readiness for 2026+ applications
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT into core business operations
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across product lifecycle
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/sustainable tech)
- Deep understanding of tech convergence trends and regulatory landscapes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience building strategic partnerships with academic and industry leaders
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
