Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI, or Biotechnology with 8+ years applied research
- Published work in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures
- Security clearance for government-level classified projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized innovations
