- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Present technology vision to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformational projects
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimental learning and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching products that generated $50M+ revenue or transformed industry standards
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect technical feasibility to business outcomes
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global partnership development
