- Establish strategic partnerships with top-tier research institutions and technology incubators
- Present quarterly technology roadmaps and innovation metrics to the Board of Directors
- Oversee a $5M annual innovation fund for pilot projects and experimental ventures
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready skills through targeted training programs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology deployment through 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year planning success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence)
- Track record of launching at least two industry-defining technological initiatives
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
