Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2030 horizon) to identify strategic opportunities for commercialization
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligning with company vision and market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to prioritize R&D investments in quantum, biotech, and climate tech
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and policy think tanks
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and technology scouting programs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or venture capital
