Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (2026-2030) and impact analysis
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Conduct competitive intelligence and patent landscape analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage innovation pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating technology trends into commercial opportunities
- Strong financial modeling skills for ROI projection of future technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
